Water for Elephants: Win 1 of 3 Prize Packs!

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been so excited about a movie. Take my favourite actress… Reese Witherspoon… and my favourite hearthrob… yup, good ol’ Robbie… and you’ve got me bouncing in my seat with excitement.

I am in love with love stories. Always picturing myself as the damsel in distress, I wait for my Prince Charming to arrive, carrying me off on his white horse. Of course, in this movie the horse is an elephant, and Mr. Charming is most known for playing a brooding vampire :) Still, the tale of forbidden love is irresistible on so many levels – I think all ladies will feverishly root for a happy ending.

Celebrating the theme of water, the Royal Ontario Museam is pleased to present Water: The Exhibition – a ground-breaking exploration of life’s most precious resource.

Developed by the American Museum of Natural History in New York with enhanced Canadian content from the ROM, it takes visitors on a journey around the world to examine both the scientific and cultural importance of water. Essential learning for every Canadian, this exhibition uses hands-on activities, live animals and multi-media displays to demonstrate the importance of water and what you and your family can do to help protect the future of our blue planet.

Water For Elephants will be released on April 22, 2011. In addition to the movie, do grab the soundtrack – the Water for Elephants score is by Grammy-winning composer James Newton Howard whose film music has been nominated five times for an Academy Award!

2 passes to the exclusive Canadian premiere of Water for Elephants on April 21st at the Royal Ontario Museum. Ticketholders will be granted after-hours access to Water, The Exhibition at the museum before the movie! Plus, a Water for Elephants original soundtrack c/o Sony Music. The exhibit will be open at 6:30pm; the premiere is at 8:00pm. (Total Value $85)

Second, for all Canadian readers, ONE lucky winner will receive:

A Water for Elephants book c/o HarperCollins Canada and a Water for Elephants original soundtrack (Total Value $25)
